Dave Lindsey
CHAIRMAN
David has over 25 years of experience in equity markets and financial communications. He has served as the Director of the Australasian Investor Relations Association and is a trusted advisor to CEOs, helping leadership teams of listed companies with strategy and execution. David founded Channel Financial Communication, growing it into Australia’s largest investor relations advisory firm. He also spent 15 years in corporate finance and investment banking with Hambros Australia. After witnessing the impact of addiction in his family, David is committed to supporting those affected. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Econometrics), a Bachelor of Laws from UNSW, and is a member of AIRA.

Dr Mike Atherton
DIRECTOR
Mike is a full-time Psychiatrist and Addiction Medicine Specialist at The Sydney Clinic Private Hospital in Bronte, Sydney. His expertise includes: Depression and Anxiety, Addictions and particularly Dual Diagnosis.
Mike also specialises in addiction treatment, his services include: · Detoxification/withdrawal management, Psychological and pharmacological therapy for self-regulation maintenance, and Opiate substitution therapy.
His holistic approach aims to support individuals in managing both their mental health and addiction challenges.

Deborah Lim

Deborah is an experienced in-house lawyer specialising in the provision of legal advice and support to senior management in Westpac's equipment and auto finance businesses.
Deborah has a proven ability in managing a high performing team and building collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Committed to delivering optimal solutions to customers, with a keen focus on compliance and reducing risk. Skilled in providing legal analysis and opinions on complex and technical legal issues, in clear and concise language. negotiations and resolving disputes. -
Phil Wheeler
DIRECTOR
Phil brings decades of experience as Senior Pastoral Minister. He’s a heart for the lost in addiction and has held board roles with Anglican Deaconess Ministries and Katoomba Christian Conventions and he is currently serving at an Indigenious Church, Living Waters, in Redfern.
Phil is known for his compassionate support during critical life moments, offering guidance with both wisdom and care. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Theology, blending practical expertise with a strong dedication to faith and ministry. His leadership continues to impact and inspire those he serves.
